The mission of the Strategic Planning Committee is to develop a five year strategic plan to guide the Spring Grove Area Chamber of Commerce towards its overall mission of promoting local commerce and the community by fostering professional relationships while preserving the unique characteristics of the Spring Grove area.
It is the goal of the committee to obtain input from various sectors of the community as well as its total membership, and to have a written plan in place by December 31, 2012.
